Description

Job Summary – Cath Lab Tech

- Start Date: ASAP
- Daily Caseload: 8-12 cases
- Types of Procedures:
- Coronary Artery Disease
- Peripheral Vascular Disease
- Cardiac Arrhythmias
- Coronary diagnostic/intervention
- Peripheral diagnostic/intervention
- Permanent pacemaker placement

- Departments in Lab: Pending
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
- First-time Travelers Accepted: Yes
- Weekend Requirement: No
- Floating Requirement: No
- Call Requirement: Yes

- Required Certifications:
- ARRT*
- Fluoro Permit (pending accepted if applied)
- BLS
- ACLS
- *RCIS NOT accepted

- Scheduling:
- Block schedule considered
- Locals accepted
- Orientation: 30 hours
- Pending State License considered (must have applied for Fluoro permit)
- RTO (Requested Time Off) must be approved at submission
- Guaranteed hours: Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
