Description

Job Summary (List Format):

- Position Start Date: ASAP
- Floating Expectation: None
- Patient Ratios: 1:20
- Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years of acute care hospital case management
- Must have experience in care coordination and discharge planning
- Hospital experience is mandatory
- First-Time Travelers: Accepted (Clinical will screen first-timers)
- Weekend Requirements: Weekend rotation required and must meet department needs
- Licensure:
- Active California state license required
- Pending license accepted if licensed by start date
- Requested Time Off (RTO) Restrictions: No more than 7 days
- Facility Type: Acute Care Facility
- Dress Code: Scrubs or business attire
- Bill Rate:
- Increased winter bill rate effective October 4, 2026 – February 27, 2027
- Rate returns to standard after February 27, 2027
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations due to rate change after signature will result in systemwide DNR (Do Not Return)
