Description
- Position: Case Manager RN
- License Requirement: Active Alaska RN license required for auto offer (pending not accepted for auto offer)
- Certifications Required: BLS; ACM certification preferred
- Experience Required: Minimum 1 year RN experience; must have EPIC and acute care experience
- Accepted Candidates: First-time travelers accepted; locals not accepted (must live at least 50 miles from facility)
- Contract Length: 13 or 26 weeks
- Start Date: ASAP
- Shift Options: 4x10 or 5x8 days; shift times may vary (range: 0700-1800)
- Weekend Requirement: Yes, every other weekend or 4 weekend days in a 4-week schedule
- On-Call Requirement: No
- Floating Requirement: Yes, within scope to meet facility needs
- Block Schedule: Not available
- Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours per 2 weeks; may be called off for 1, 8-hour shift per 2 weeks
- Time Off Restrictions: 1 time-off request per 13-week assignment (max 5 consecutive days); no holiday time off for auto offer
