Description

Job Summary (List Format):

- Position: Hospital Case Manager
- Start Date: ASAP
- Floating: Not required
- Patient Ratios: 1:20
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of acute care hospital case management (care coordination & discharge planning)
- First-Time Travelers: Accepted (must pass clinical screening)
- Weekend Requirement: Weekend rotation and as needed by department
- Licensure: Active CA state license required (pending license accepted if licensed by start date)
- RTO (Requested Time Off) Restrictions: Maximum 7 days
- Facility Type: Acute Care Facility
- Dress Code: Scrubs or business attire
- Other:
- Winter bill rate increase effective from October 4, 2026, to February 27, 2027
- After February 27, 2027, rates revert to standard
- Cancellations due to rate changes after signing result in systemwide Do Not Return (DNR)

Med Ninjas Job ID #17278. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
