RN Operating Room
Important Requirements
- Sensitive Unit: Please review all details in the unit/job description before submission.
- Hard Stop: Minimum 4 years of Operating Room experience prior to travel.
- Must have experience with:
- Neurology
- Transplant
- General Surgery
- GYN
- Orthopedics
- Minimum Experience: 3 years required.
- First-Time Travelers: Not accepted.

Schedule Requirements
- Weekend: Variable; will be discussed during the interview.
- Call: Variable; will be discussed during the interview.
- Floating: Within the facility and scope of practice; may float to Outpatient as needed.
- RTO: Maximum 7 days.
Holiday / Blackout Dates
- No holiday RTO will be approved.
- Blackout Dates: November 23–29 and December 21–January 3.
Clinical Screening
- Candidate profiles will first be reviewed by the clinical team to determine clinical fit.
- Candidates who pass the clinical review and meet Piedmont guidelines will be forwarded to the manager for final consideration.
- Clinical screening will be conducted on a case-by-case basis.
Compliance
- Full compliance is required to start on time.
- If compliance is not completed by the required deadline, the start date may be pushed back by 2 weeks due to the bi-weekly orientation schedule.
