- Independent license or associate license accepted
- Washington license pending at time of submission is acceptable
- Acceptable licenses include:
- Mental Health Counselor
- Marriage & Family Therapist
- Independent Clinical Social Worker
Experience Requirements
- Experience conducting crisis risk assessments
- Must have experience working with both adult and pediatric populations
- Hospital experience preferred
- Emergency Room experience is beneficial
Schedule
- Assignment Length: 13 or 26 weeks
- Shift: Evening/Night — 5:00 PM–3:00 AM
- Weekends: Every other weekend — Saturday & Sunday
- Block Schedule: No
- On-Call: No
- 48 Hours: Not approved
- Expected Ratio: 1:7

- Yes
- If overstaffed, may be asked to float to Holy Family Hospital to perform the same duties.
- May also float between units based on facility needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct crisis and behavioral health risk assessments for adult and pediatric patients.
- Evaluate patients presenting with mental health, behavioral, and psychosocial concerns.
- Develop safety plans and coordinate appropriate interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other members of the emergency department team.
- Assist with referrals, resources, and disposition planning.
- Maintain accurate documentation in Epic.
- Provide support during behavioral health and psychiatric emergencies.
