Job Summary (List Format):

- Patient Diagnoses: Care for patients with HTN, Diabetes, CHF, ESRD, CAD, Abdominal Pain, STEMI/NSTEMI, Pulmonary Embolism, COPD, and Behavioral Health conditions.
- Schedule: Every other weekend required; no on-call responsibility.
- Floating: May float within facility/scope of practice as needed.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required; unit accepts first-time travelers.
- Offer Process: Aya Offer available if clinical pass within RTO guidelines and facility requirements are met; manager has 48 hours to review after confirmation.
- Time Off: Maximum of 7 days requested time off (RTO) allowed.
- Black Out Dates: No time off permitted between 4/5/2026 and 4/11/2026.
- Holiday Coverage:
- 1 major holiday during assignment: must work it.
- 2 major holidays: must work both.
- 3 major holidays: must work two.
- Major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Day, and New Year’s Eve/Day.
- Compliance: Full compliance required prior to start; non-compliance results in a 2-week delay due to bi-weekly orientation.
- Orientation: Non-billable orientation hours determined by contract length (e.g., 8 hours for 8 weeks, 10 hours for 10 weeks).
- Locals: Local candidates accepted at the same rate.
