Description

Job Responsibilities:
Patient Preparation: Verify patient identity, check medical history, screen for allergies (such as contrast dye or iodine), and evaluate pregnancy status.
Scan Operation: Position patients properly, minimize motion artifacts, set scan parameters, and operate the CT scanner.
Contrast Administration: Prepare and administer IV or oral contrast agents as prescribed while monitoring patients for adverse reactions.
Image Quality & Processing: Reconstruct images (such as MPR, MIP, and 3D views) and send completed studies to the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS).

Med Ninjas Job ID #19351. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
