Job Summary (List Format):

- Position: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Oregon License Required
- Assignment Type: Open to 13-week assignment
- Facility Type: Short Term Acute Care Hospital (109 beds)
- Shift Details:
- Majority days (8:00 am – 4:30 pm)
- Special Requirements:
- Experience with acute behavioral health emergent assessments (all ages)
- Charting System: Epic
- Other: Prefer candidates experienced in both care management and acute behavioral health assessments, especially in the Emergency Department setting

Med Ninjas Job ID #19439. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
