- Perform laboratory testing and analysis as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) 
- Utilize at least 2 years of prior MLS experience to ensure accurate results 
- Maintain and demonstrate ASCP certification (required) 
- Hold current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA or Red Cross 
- Adhere to established laboratory protocols and safety procedures 
- Complete and document all laboratory work according to regulatory requirements 
- Collaborate with clinical staff to provide timely and precise laboratory results 
- Travel assignments may be available or preferred for this position
