Job Summary (List Format):

- Provides professional nursing care to a designated group of patients during assigned shifts.
- Utilizes the nursing process, current nursing trends, and available technology to deliver patient care.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date documentation to facilitate information sharing among the healthcare team.
- Performs initial patient assessments and develops individualized care plans based on patient and family needs.
- Implements and modifies care plans, nursing interventions, and patient care procedures as needed.
- Ensures patient and employee safety by identifying, reporting, and addressing safety hazards or incidents.
- Communicates effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to resolve issues and coordinate care.
- Provides constructive feedback and collaborates with peers to support professional development and knowledge sharing.
- Identifies and addresses personal learning needs to maintain and improve clinical competence.
- Completes all required departmental competencies and adheres to institutional philosophy and standards.
