Description
5 star rated, luxury living facility seeking a Travel (PT) Physical Therapist or local contract Physical Therapist (PT) for our Outpatient Geriatric patient population. This is an active geriatric patient population. The Outpatient Clinic is located within the Independent Living Community in Washington, DC. Supporting Rehab Management and Administrative Team.
All patients are scheduled on a 1:1 basis. 1 hour evals, 1 hour treatments. Avg 7-8 patients per day. Hours: 8-430 M-F no evenings or weekends. 40 hours guaranteed.
1 week of paid training and orientation.

Job Description:
The Physical Therapist organizes, creates, and executes physical therapy programs tailored to each client’s needs. He/she encourages patient participation in tasks and therapies designed to restore, reinforce, and enhance independence and productivity following illness or injury. The physical therapist serves an active geriatric population in our Outpatient Department.
Qualifications:
- Determine appropriate PT, POC & D/C and make adjustments as necessary
- Master’s Degree, or higher, in Physical Therapy from an accredited physical therapy program
- Physical Therapy license, or Compact
