About the Opportunity
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a quality-driven outpatient clinic focused on restoring function and improving patients’ independence in daily life.
This role is ideal for clinicians who value meaningful patient connections, evidence-based care, and a collaborative clinic culture. New Grad OTs are welcome, with mentorship and support available.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and functional impairments
- Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide 1:1 patient-centered care focused on functional outcomes
- Address ADLs, IADLs, upper-extremity rehab, coordination, and mobility
- Document patient progress accurately and timely
- Collaborate with physical therapists, assistants, and clinic leadership
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies and long-term success

- Outpatient orthopedic and general rehab focus

Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active (or pending) state OT license
- New Grad Occupational Therapists welcome (mentorship available)
- Outpatient experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, organization, and patient-care skills
