About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to deliver hands-on care to patients recovering in a skilled nursing environment.

This role is perfect for clinicians who enjoy functional mobility, gait training, and patient interaction. New Grad PTAs welcome.

What You’ll Do

Provide skilled PT treatments under the supervision of a PT
Assist patients with mobility, strength, balance, and transfers
Monitor patient response and communicate progress to PT
Document treatments accurately and timely

Qualifications

Associate’s Degree from an accredited PTA program
Active (or pending) state PTA license
SNF experience preferred, not required
