About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support patients in regaining independence and functional skills in a SNF setting.
This role emphasizes ADLs, safety, and functional carryover. New grads encouraged to apply.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver OT treatments under the supervision of an OT
- Assist patients with ADLs, upper-extremity function, and adaptive strategies
- Monitor patient progress and communicate with supervising OT
- Document treatments accurately
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree from an accredited OTA program
- Active (or pending) state COTA license
- SNF experience preferred, not required
