About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care in a SNF setting, supporting both short-term rehab and long-term care patients.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver direct patient care and assessments
- Administer medications and treatments
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes
- Document care in compliance with regulations
Qualifications
- Active (or pending) RN license
- SNF or long-term care experience preferred
