About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a hospital Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg) unit providing high-quality bedside care to adult patients with a wide range of medical and post-surgical conditions. This role is ideal for nurses who enjoy variety, teamwork, and hands-on patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Both experienced nurses and nurses new to travel or hospital settings are encouraged to apply, with onboarding and support provided.
What You’ll Do
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring
- Administer medications, IVs, and treatments
- Provide post-operative and medical care to diverse patient populations
- Coordinate care with physicians, case management, and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Hospital Environment
- Medical-Surgical inpatient units
- Wide variety of diagnoses and acuity levels
- Collaborative care teams
Qualifications
- Active (or pending) RN license
- Med-Surg or acute care experience preferred (not required)
- Strong communication and time-management skills
