About the Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate, patient-centered Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a quality-driven outpatient clinic focused on improving communication, cognition, and swallowing outcomes across the lifespan.
This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who value 1:1 patient care, evidence-based practice, and a collaborative team environment. CFY candidates and experienced SLPs are welcome, with mentorship available.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide 1:1 patient-centered care in an outpatient setting
- Treat a diverse caseload (adult and/or pediatric, depending on clinic)
- Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab teams
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy strategies and carryover

Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active (or pending) state SLP license
- CCC-SLP preferred (CFY candidates encouraged to apply)
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Outpatient experience preferred, but not required
