About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated, patient-focused Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a quality-driven outpatient orthopedic clinic. This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy hands-on patient care, structured treatment plans, and working as part of a collaborative rehab team.
Both experienced PTAs and new graduates are encouraged to apply. Supportive supervision and mentorship are provided.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver skilled physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
- Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans
- Provide 1:1 patient care focused on functional improvement and recovery
- Monitor patient response to treatment and report progress to the supervising PT
- Assist with therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities as appropriate
- Document treatments and patient progress accurately and timely
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Clinic Environment
- Outpatient orthopedic / sports medicine setting
- Modern equipment and well-organized clinics
- Supportive leadership, PT supervision, and administrative staff
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active (or pending) state PTA license
- New Grad PTAs welcome
- Outpatient experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
