About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide skilled therapy to patients with speech, language, cognition, and swallowing disorders in a SNF setting.
This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy medical complexity and interdisciplinary care. CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates welcome.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and treat dysphagia, cognition, speech, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide 1:1 skilled therapy
- Educate patients, families, and staff on care strategies
- Document progress and outcomes accurately
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active (or pending) state SLP license
- CCC-SLP preferred (CFY welcome)
