About the Opportunity
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide skilled therapy services to patients in their homes, focusing on functional independence and safety.
This role is ideal for clinicians who value autonomy, meaningful patient interaction, and flexibility.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate patients in their home environment
- Address ADLs, IADLs, safety, and functional mobility
- Recommend adaptive equipment and home modifications
- Educate patients and caregivers
- Document evaluations and progress accurately
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active (or pending) state OT license
- Home Health experience preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
