About the Opportunity
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) passionate about helping patients regain independence following hospitalization or illness in a skilled nursing setting.
This role focuses on functional recovery, ADLs, and safe discharge planning. New grads encouraged to apply.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and physical impairments
- Address ADLs, IADLs, upper-extremity rehab, and adaptive strategies
- Provide 1:1 patient-centered care
- Collaborate with PT, SLP, nursing, and case management
- Complete accurate documentation and discharge planning
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active (or pending) state OT license
- SNF experience preferred, not required
