About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide skilled therapy to patients with speech, language, cognition, and swallowing disorders in a SNF setting.

This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy medical complexity and interdisciplinary care. CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates welcome.

What You’ll Do

Evaluate and treat dysphagia, cognition, speech, and communication disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide 1:1 skilled therapy
Educate patients, families, and staff on care strategies
Document progress and outcomes accurately

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active (or pending) state SLP license
CCC-SLP preferred (CFY welcome)
