Travel or Local Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for an Outpatient Clinic located within an Independent Living Facility in Frankfort, KY.
- $2000 net (after tax take home) per week.
- Local Travel Rates: $50-$53 per hour with 40 hours guaranteed, first-day health benefits.
- First Day Health/Dental/Vision Benefits.
- $1200 Con Ed Package
- 40 hours per week guaranteed
All patients are scheduled on a 1:1 basis. 1-hour evaluations, 1-hour treatments. Avg 7-8 patients per day. Hours: 8-430 M-F no evenings or weekends. 40 hours guaranteed.

- Determine appropriate PT, POC & D/C and make adjustments as necessary
- Master’s Degree, or higher, in Physical Therapy from an accredited physical therapy program
- Physical Therapy license, or Compact
