Description

Operating Room Registered Nurse - Travel/Contract

Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Position Details

Specialty: Operating Room Registered Nurse
Shift: Day shift, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Weekend Requirement: 2-3 weekends per month
On-call Requirement: Yes, day shift call for 24-36 hours per month
Floating: No floating outside scope of practice
Block Schedule: Not accommodated
Locals: Not accepted within 100 miles
Pending License: Accepted with approval
RTO Restrictions: Time off greater than 7 days requires approval
Must have Level 1 trauma and circulate experience
First-time travelers accepted

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in New Mexico
Minimum 3 years of Operating Room (OR) experience, including experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Experience working with Level 1 Trauma patients
