House Supervisor
Overview
- Location: Fort Madison, Iowa
- Employment type: Long-term assignment
- Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
- Shift time: 18:00–06:30
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Role Summary
- Registered nurse responsible for coordinating and directing activities on nursing units and other departments when Nurse Managers and Administration are absent
- Supervises staff providing general nursing care
- Works independently and as part of a team
- Maintains compliance with regulatory standards and evidence-based practices
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Iowa
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- House Supervisor experience within the last year
- House Supervisor (4 years of experience)
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- ACLS
- PALS
- TNCC
- NIHSS
- CPI/MOAB
- Driver's License
- Experience with Epic

- Supervisory experience

- Epic EMR experience in a similar role within the last 12 months
