Job Summary:
House Supervisor Level 1 located at the healthcare facility. This role involves coordinating and supervising nursing staff and activities on hospital units, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory standards. The position requires a licensed registered nurse with supervisory experience and current certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).

Job Details:

• Position: House Supervisor Level 1
• Location: Healthcare facility
• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, 4+ years in nursing practice, supervisory experience preferred, current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications, Epic Electronic Medical Record experience within the last 12 months.
• Responsibilities: Assumes leadership responsibilities in the absence of Nurse Managers and Administration, supervises nursing staff, maintains compliance with standards, and delivers high-quality nursing services to patients, employees, and physicians.
