PACU RN Travel/Contract Job

- Night shift, 3x12 hours
- 36 hours per week
- 26-week contract
Patient Population
- Adolescents to geriatrics
Work Setting Details
- PACU
- Patient ratio: 1:2
- Every other weekend
- Floating within the facility and scope of practice as needed
- On-call/back-up weekdays and weekend rotation during a 6-week schedule
- One major holiday expected if it falls during the assignment; two major holidays if two fall during the assignment; two of three major holidays if three fall during the assignment
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Georgia
- PACU - Post Anesthesia Care (1 year of experience)
- PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience within the last year
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- PALS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Full compliance required before start
- Photo ID
- Background check completed before start
- Education verification of related degree
- Skills checklist within 12 months
- Verification of most recent employer
- 2 clinical references
Additional Notes
- First-time travelers are accepted
- Locals are accepted
- RTO maximum: 7 days
- Scrubs are provided by the facility
- Non-billable orientation hours vary by contract length
