Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality Med/Surg and Telemetry nursing care to adult patients in a hospital setting.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, ECG rhythms, and overall condition, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, documenting accurately in patient records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, state, and federal regulations; work at least every other holiday.
