Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to acute care hospital patients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
- Assess patient needs and establish therapy goals based on individual conditions.
- Document patient progress accurately in Epic electronic medical records.
- Adapt interventions to meet the scope of practice within a hospital environment.
