Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality Med/Surg Telemetry nursing care to patients on night shifts.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition promptly.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Document patient care accurately in electronic health records.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and licensing requirements.
