Job Details:

• Job Title: Travel - RN - Med/Surg - Cost Center 611 - 7:00AM - 7:00PM

• Location: Chattanooga, TN

• Schedule: 07:00 - 19:00

• Contract Length: 13 weeks

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care in Med/Surg unit, demonstrating teamwork, compassion, and effective communication skills.
• Manage patients with respiratory diseases, renal issues, GI illnesses, and assist with procedures such as CVCs, indwelling catheters, and heparin gtts.
• Maintain documentation using Meditech systems and adhere to hospital policies.
• Collaborate with clinical coordinators, unit secretaries, PCTs, and case management to ensure quality patient care.
• Follow unit protocols, including schedule requirements and participation in holiday and weekend rotations.
