Job Details:
Job Title: EP Lab Registered Nurse
Location: Columbia, SC
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: 2298.20 - 2413.11
Schedule: 07:00 - 17:30
Contract Length: 13 weeks.
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: SC or Multi State/Compact RN license; BLS, ACLS; 3 years current experience; EP Lab Experience, Activated Clotting Time (ACT), Cardioversion, Circulate Procedures, Interpretation/Management of Dysrhythmias, Monitoring Procedural Sedation, Obtain 12 lead EKG/ECG; Radiation badge requirement; 4x10-hour day shifts with variations; On-call; Hurricane season emergency response availability; Local radius accepted on case by case basis at 10% less than bill rate.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care in the EP Lab during procedures and interventions
- Monitor and interpret dysrhythmias and manage cardiac emergencies
- Circulate procedures and assist with cardioversions and other electrophysiology interventions
- Obtain and analyze 12 lead EKG/ECG during procedures
- Follow radiation safety protocols and maintain documentation in Epic
