Pay Range: 2527.60 - 2653.98

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements: Current State License as a Physical Therapist - Required Proof of current CPR certification - Required Current driver's license. Must have reliable transportation and insurance - Required 1-2 years experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting - Required





Responsibilities:

• Perform clinical assessments to identify patient needs and appropriate care plans.
  
• Document, review, and update patient care plans and progress notes, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
  
• Plan and deliver treatment for neuromuscular, neurological, and orthopedic disorders based on medical referrals.
  
• Instruct patients and families on transfer techniques, equipment use, and safety procedures.
  
• Educate patients and families about therapeutic procedures tailored to their age, condition, and cultural needs.
  
• Oversee other team members performing patient care activities aligned with patient needs.
  
• Adhere to infection control protocols and universal precautions during patient care.
  
• Accept assignments consistent with education and competence.
