Job Details:
Job Title: Nursing - Dauphin - LPN / LVN - Dauphin County Prison
Location: United States
Setting: Prison
Pay Range: Varies by assignment. Contact your recruiter for details.
Schedule: 06:00 - 18:00 12 hour day shift
Contract Length: 8 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: No new grads - Corrections experience is required. 2 years of experience in the last 5 years, 1 year of experience in the last 3 years. No accommodations required. DL & SSC along with MEDIKO agency form and background form.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to inmates within the Dauphin County Prison
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor inmate health status and document findings accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
- Follow security protocols and facility policies during interactions with inmates
