Job Details:
Job Title: Registered Nurse
Location: Morgantown, WV
Setting: Home Health
Pay Range: 1861.48 - 1954.55
Schedule: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm (On Call, at least 1 weekend per month)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: Home Health Experience, HCHB, OASIS
Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor the health status of patients in a community setting.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to plan and evaluate patient care.
- Manage medication administration and ensure compliance with policies.
- Complete and maintain accurate nursing documentation.
- Supervise and train unlicensed staff regarding health and safety procedures.
