Job Title: Home Health COTA
Location: Atlanta, GA
Setting: Home Health
Pay Range: 1847.03 - 1939.38
Schedule: 08:00 - 17:00
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: 1 year of experience as a COTA. Qualified applicants MUST have at least 1 year of experience in Home Health. Valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license. Be willing to obtain Georgia or compact licensure
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one occupational therapy assistance to patients in the home setting.
- Perform therapy visits and support assessments under the direction of the supervising therapist.
- Help implement and carry out individualized care plans in the patient’s home environment.
- Communicate patient progress and concerns to the care team to support positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with patients and families to promote safety, independence, and goal attainment.
