Pay Range: 1811.47 - 1902.04
Schedule: 19:00 - 07:00
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: WV/Compact RN License; BLS; ONCC/ONS; Telemetry; Central Line Draws, Ports, Blood Administration, PCA Pumps, Bone Marrow Aspiration Assist, Pleurx Chest Tubes. Chemotherapy Administration (preferred). Flu Shot: Please DO NOT SEND ANYONE WHO REFUSES FLU SHOT WITHOUT MEDICAL PROOF. CAMC requires all personnel take flu vaccine unless they have allergy documented by an allergist or physician record. CAMC FLU SEASON IS OCTOBER 1st - MARCH 31st. NOT REQUIRED OUTSIDE OF THAT WINDOW. Covid Vaccine NOT required.
Responsibilities:

Provide bedside care for adult patients battling cancer, including medical and surgical patients, palliative care, and patient education.

Monitor telemetry, perform central line draws, and administer blood products and medications.

Assist with bone marrow aspiration, port access, and chest tube management.

Float within scope to meet facility needs and accommodate blocked schedule requests.

Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols.

Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care during night shifts.
