Job Details:
Job Title: Medical Surgical Registered Nurse
Location: Oxford, NC
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: 1685.08 - 1769.33
Schedule: 19:00 - 07:00
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements:
- BLS, ACLS (AHA only)
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current licensure as a registered nurse in the state of NC
- IV Start
- 2 years Experience
- Travel Experience (Preferred)
- EMR: MEDITECH (experience not required)
Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care in a Med Surg/Tele unit during night shifts.
- Perform IV starts and other nursing duties as required.
- Adhere to unit protocols and safety standards.
- Document patient information accurately in MEDITECH EMR system.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
