Job Title: Physical Therapist: Home Health

Location: Fernandina, FL (office located in Jacksonville, FL)
Setting: Home Health
Pay Range: $2200-2400/weekly (or hourly)
Schedule: 8-Hour Days
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Candidate Type: Local and traveler friendly

Requirements:

1 year of experience as a PT
Qualified applicants MUST have at least 6 months of experience in Home Health
Valid Physical Therapist license
Be willing to obtain FLorida licensure
