Job Details:
Job Title: Hospice RN
Location: King of Prussia, PA (Bucks/Montgomery/Northeast Philadelphia)
Setting: Hospice
Pay Range: Varies by assignment. Contact your recruiter for details.
Schedule: 08:00:00 - 17:00:00
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler or local
Requirements: 1 year of Hospice experience, HCHB EMR experience preferred
Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate end-of-life care to hospice patients in a home health setting.
Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans.
Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
Educate patients and families on symptom management and comfort measures.
