- Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP): Schools - Houston, TX
- Location: Houston, TX
- Setting: School
- Pay Range: $41.00 - $49.22
- Schedule: 08:00:00 to 15:30:00
- Contract Length: 2026-2027 School Year
- Candidate Type: Local and traveler friendly.
- Preferred: 2 years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist within the school setting preferred but not required.
- Requirements: Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license/certification. Be willing to obtain state licensure.
Responsibilities:
- Provide essential support and specialized care to students in educational settings.
- Collaborate with school staff, therapists, and families to ensure students receive services tailored to their individual needs.
- Provide assessment and treatment for students with various communication disorders.
- Support IEP development and compliance, ensuring individualized education plans are effectively implemented.
- Assist in student assessments and contribute to educational planning based on student needs.
