Requirements:

• CDIP (Certified Documentation Improvement Practitioner) or CCDS (Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist) certification required
• RHIT, RHIA, RN, RRT, CCS, CCS-P, or MD credential required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Inpatient CDI Specialist
• At least 12 months of recent production-level CDI experience required
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as business needs require
