Start Date: Rolling orientation dates (approximately 3-4 weeks from acceptance)

Schedule: Evening/night shift (1100-2330) with liver transplant call; 36-40 hours weekly with on-call requirement of 1 shift per week and 2 weekend shifts per month

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of direct operating room experience with demonstrated transplant expertise
• Active RN license (pending licenses accepted)
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications (required at time of application)
• NIHSS certification (must obtain prior to start date)
• Extensive experience with liver, heart, lung, and kidney transplant procedures – must include organ implantation experience, not just procurement
• Proficiency with Misonix/CUSA equipment
• Strong skills in transplant OR procedures, laparoscopic techniques, and advanced surgical equipment
• Willingness to float within scope of practice to meet facility needs
• Nicotine-free status required – negative 10-panel drug screen plus cotinine testing mandatory
• COVID-19 and flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• All time-off requests must be submitted at time of application
