Location: Corpus Christi, Texas
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 12-hour shifts available; Day shift includes support from charge nurse, unit coordinator, and PCTs; Night shift includes dedicated PCT support

Highlights:

• 25-bed Heart Telemetry unit within a dedicated cardiovascular facility
• Patient ratio of 5:1 to 6:1 with strong interdisciplinary support
• EMR: Meditech
• Work with advanced cardiac equipment including Baxter IV pumps, KCI wound vacs, and SCD pumps
• Collaborative team of 40+ experienced nursing professionals
• Scrub color: Royal blue

Requirements:

• Active Texas RN license or compact state license
• BLS certification (required)
• ACLS certification (required)
• Telemetry experience strongly preferred
• Meditech EMR experience preferred
• Experience managing chest tubes, non-titrated Cardizem and Amiodarone drips, and weight-based heparin drips preferred
• Solid foundation in general medical-surgical nursing competencies
