Description
Start Date: January 19, 2026
Location: Wichita, Kansas
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend required
Highlights:
- 14-bed Progressive Care Unit with 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio
- Seasonal travel assignment with opportunity to work in a dynamic PCU environment
- Experience with medication drips, central lines, and heart catheterization recovery patients
- Utilize Meditech EMR documentation system
- Work alongside RNs and PCTs in a collaborative team setting
- Exposure to chest tubes, IV pumps, and various drainage systems
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse license
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification required
- Knowledge of medication drips and central line management
- Heart catheterization recovery experience preferred
- Willingness to float to other units as needed
