Schedule: 12-hour shifts with 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio; 2 weekend shifts per two-week period; no on-call required

• 16-bed Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit specializing in advanced cardiac care and post-operative CABG recovery
• Manageable 2:1 patient ratio with dedicated Charge Nurse support on every shift
• Work with advanced technology including Impella, CRRT (NextStage), Swan Ganz monitoring, hemodynamic equipment, and ventilators
• Collaborative team environment with 45 nursing professionals across day and night shifts
• EMR system: Meditech
• Minimal floating to other critical care units (Medical ICU, Neuro Surgical ICU, Cardiac PCU)

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Minimum 2 years of adult critical care experience (ICU, CVICU, Neuro ICU, or other critical care specialty)
• Proficiency with ventilator management, arterial lines, central lines, and chest tube care
• Preferred: CVICU-specific experience, CABG recovery, CRRT, and Impella experience
• Preferred: BSN degree, CCRN certification, and Meditech experience
