Start Date: Seasonal Travel Assignment
Location: Englewood, Colorado
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Night Shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 4-5:1 patient ratio

Highlights:

• 38-bed Neuro/Medical-Surgical unit with specialized stroke and neurological patient care
• EMR: Meditech
• Standard equipment includes IV pumps, seizure monitoring, Bi-pap, C-pap, and glucometers
• Collaborative team environment with experienced nursing staff and unit leadership
• Opportunity to work with a dedicated neuro patient population
• Night shift staffing includes charge nurse support and PCT assistance

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• NIH Stroke Scale certification (required)
• BLS certification (required)
• Strong medical-surgical background (required)
• ACLS certification (preferred)
• Neuro nursing experience (preferred)
• Proficiency in NIH/stroke assessments, fall risk assessments, trach care, and feeding tube management
