Schedule: 12-hour shifts; every other weekend required; floating to appropriate units as needed in rotation

Highlights:

• 33-bed medical-surgical unit with manageable patient ratios: 6:1 days, 7:1 nights
• Strong support staff including 3 patient care technicians per shift and unit secretary on day shift
• Documentation in Meditech electronic medical record system
• Standard equipment includes IV pumps, Kangaroo feeding pumps, and sequential compression devices

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse license in Tennessee or compact state eligibility
• Medical-surgical nursing experience preferred
• BLS certification required
• Ability to work every other weekend and float to appropriate units as needed
