Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week; every other weekend requirement

Highlights:

• Progressive Care Unit with 34 and 25-bed units offering diverse patient populations
• Nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:4 to 1:5 on day shift, 1:5 to 1:6 on night shift
• Advanced equipment and procedures including BiPAPs, high-flow oxygen, Vapotherm, cardiac drips, insulin and heparin drips, and peritoneal dialysis
• Meditech electronic medical record system
• Self-scheduling model with 4-week schedule blocks

Requirements:

• Current RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong critical thinking skills and EKG rhythm interpretation
• Experience with cardiac drips, insulin drips, and heparin drips
• Peripheral IV skills
• Experience with BiPAPs, high-flow oxygen systems, stroke care, and post-cardiac catheterization care preferred
• Peritoneal dialysis experience preferred
• Experience with tube feedings and NG/Dobhoff tubes preferred
